Transforming how businesses interact with customers.
Progress in terms of communications infrastructure has made delivery trivial - we went from video tapes to DVDs to being able to very casually stream a 4K movie over Netflix or YouTube. Content delivery is no longer a problem.
Progress in terms of generative AI is starting to make content creation trivial as well, although not yet. Creating images, scripts, videos, audio, AI is starting to assist across all of those categories. Content creation will is also becoming easier and easier to make visions come to life.
What hasn’t changed is customer experience. We have come a long way, attempting to solve multiple problems, but never truly being able to achieve both managing resources and managing customer experience.
When was the last time you had to call a bank? Did you actually manage to resolve your issue via one of the automated options, or did you have to drag the call till a human picked it up to actually handle it?
When was the last time you used a chatbot on a web platform effectively, that actually solved your problem, or did it eventually transfer to a live agent to handle the issue?
